Рейвенклойцер из ничего и сразу создаст 18 возможностей для решения 18 задач, половина из которых включает в себя предложенную как частный случай, а вторая - не имеет к ней ни какого отношения, увидит, что решение есть, и пойдет заниматься чем-нибудь более интересным.

Почему-то только на тысячный раз перепрочтения книг задалась вопросом: а почему Гермиона училась не в Шармбатоне (Beauxbatons)?
Быть может, во французскую академию принимали только урожденных магов, а лишь Дамблдор отличался такой лояльностью, что пригласил талантливую ученицу в Хогвартс? Но, насколько я помню, все, кроме Гермионы, в школе были родом из Великобритании.
Риторический вопрос: для чего вообще нужна эта история с тем, что она родом из Франции (за исключением нескольких моментов ликбеза в книге), да и не совсем банальный случай, что девочка к 11 годам в совершенстве знает иностранный язык на всех уровнях...
Быть может, Роулинг что-то говорила, или я пропустила момент в книгах. Прошу помочь, если у кого-то есть мнение по этому поводу)

Но это не так. Причём второй артефакт находится тут же, в кабинете директора. Это Сортировочная Шляпа. Она сама говорит о том, что принадлежала Гриффиндору (GoF, ch.12):
